Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 26, 2025At The Printers Keep 3D, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving it.

 

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return: Your request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.The item must be in its original condition and packaging. You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling Items returned more than 7 days after delivery Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Return Process Contact us at Claytoncustom3dprinting@gmail.com or 484-947-7235 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue (if applicable), and any relevant photos. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

 

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.

 

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item for a different version or replacement, please follow the return process above. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
